We use Digisoft Telescript CRM software for all of our scripting & data capture. Telescript provides us with an extremely flexible platform with practically unlimited screens & script branching, and data validation. We have further expanded our software with enhanced call-transfer & multiple quota/targeting tools.

We have integrated our scripting software with Calltrol Predictive Dialer OTS. This integration allows us to use the same scripting package for both predictive & power dialing methods. We can easily change our dialing methods as conditions change.

We have also integrated our Telrad Connegy phone switch with our dialer, allowing our agents to handle both inbound and outbound calls from a single station.
